TrackBans AI assigns a 100% cheat probability to any profile with a VAC or Game Ban — regardless of the ban’s age or the game it originated from. This is a core rule of the system, applied consistently to ensure fairness and reliability.

We understand that some bans may not reflect a player’s current behavior. In extremely rare and justified cases — such as old bans unrelated to CS — a manual review may be conducted by a human reviewer.

However, manual review does not imply that the classification will be changed.
Final decisions are based solely on verified data and risk patterns, not on personal statements or claims.
One historical ban may be considered for exception. If a second ban is detected in the future, any exception will be revoked automatically and permanently.

Requests without this information cannot be processed.
